What a teardown involves

Keeping the stations that stay
A lot of Irving cubicle jobs are partial: a company consolidating from two floors to one, or a sublease where half the workstations convey. We tag what stays, remove only the runs you mark, and leave shared end panels intact so the remaining pods stand on their own.

Powered panels
Many panel systems carry electrical through the base raceway. Those circuits must be disconnected and made safe by a qualified electrician, arranged by you or your building, before we begin teardown. Electrical work is not part of our service. We'll ask about it during the walkthrough so it doesn't delay the schedule.
Sending an inventory instead of a walkthrough
For smaller jobs, a floor plan or a few wide photos plus a station count is often enough to quote. Include the panel heights, whether overheads are attached, which floor you're on and how the freight elevator is accessed.
Questions we hear
Can you remove just part of a cubicle layout?+
Yes. Mark the stations to go and we'll leave the rest standing and stable.
Are cubicles recycled or resold?+
Usable systems are sometimes diverted through resale or donation channels when the condition and timing allow. We can't promise it on every job, so ask if it matters to your company.
Do you reinstall cubicles at a new location?+
No. We remove and haul. Installation at a new site is a furniture-installer job.
