- Office towers

- Hotels
- Mixed-use buildings
Access is building-by-building
There is no single rule for the Urban Center. One building has a dedicated loading dock and a freight elevator you reserve through the concierge; the next has only a garage entrance and a passenger elevator you can pad for an hour. Some garages won't clear a box truck at all, which means a longer carry from the street.
Before we schedule, we'll ask you (or your building's management) about elevator reservations, the loading location, garage height and any move-out hours. That keeps the crew from being turned around at the door.
Typical jobs
- Residents moving out of an apartment or condo
- Furniture replacement — old couch out before the new one arrives
- Property-manager unit turnovers
- Office suite cleanouts in towers around the lake
- Restaurant and retail tenant move-outs
Before we schedule a building pickup
- Elevator reservation window, if required
- Designated loading zone or dock
- Garage height clearance for a box truck
- Move-out hours set by the building
- Unit number and access instructions
- Property manager contact, if they coordinate

Questions we hear
Do I need to reserve the elevator?+
Many managed buildings may require advance elevator reservations or designated loading windows. Check with your leasing office, concierge or property manager and tell us what they require.
Can you load from Water Street?+
It depends on the building and time of day. We'll use whatever loading location your building designates.
