Who provides the service

Services are provided by XB Junk Solutions LLC, operating as Irving Texas Junk Removal.

Estimates and pricing

Prices on this site are starting estimates. Photo and phone estimates are ranges based on what we can see. The final price is confirmed with you on site before work begins.

Scope changes

If items are added, or if volume, weight, access or materials differ from what was described, the price may change. We'll tell you before loading anything additional.

Special and regulated materials

Hazardous, regulated and special materials — for example paint in quantity, chemicals, fuels, asbestos-containing materials, and some electronics or appliances — are not part of standard disposal. They may be refused or quoted separately.

Authorization

By booking, you confirm that you own the items or are authorized to have them removed, and that you are authorized to grant us access to the property.

Access

You're responsible for arranging access — gate codes, elevator reservations, building approvals and parking — and for telling us about stairs, long carries or restrictions in advance. Delays caused by access problems may affect scheduling or price.

Out-of-scope work

Unless specifically quoted in writing, we don't disconnect plumbing or electrical, uninstall built-ins, perform demolition or other licensed trade work, handle IT data destruction, or remove industrial machinery or anchored racking.

Property condition

We take care moving items through your property. Please point out fragile floors, finishes or anything that needs extra protection before we start.

Payment

Payment is due when the work is complete, at the price agreed on site, unless other arrangements are made in advance for commercial accounts.

Scheduling and rescheduling

Same-day pickup when the schedule allows — call or text early in the day for the best chance. If you need to reschedule, call or text (214) 274-9094 as early as possible.
