Who we are

What we collect
- Details you give us — name, phone number, ZIP or project location, company name and email (commercial requests), a description of what needs removing, timing, and notes.
- Photos you text us — images of items or spaces, sent from your own messaging app.
- Call and text records — your number and messages, kept by our phone and texting provider.
- Basic technical data — standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) created by our website hosting provider.
How the estimate forms work
When you submit an estimate form, your details are stored securely through Lovable Cloud and an email notification is attempted to our office. Photos are not uploaded through the form: you can send them separately using your own messaging app. Submitting a request does not book a pickup.
Why we use it
- To prepare estimates, schedule and complete jobs, and invoice for work
- To contact you about your estimate or job by phone or text
- To keep records of the work we performed
- To understand which pages of the site are useful (aggregated site statistics)
Who processes it
We use Lovable for website hosting, secure estimate storage and email delivery, along with our phone/texting carrier. These providers process information on our behalf to provide those services. We do not sell your personal information.
Photos
Photos you send are used to estimate and plan your job. We will only publish a photo of your property or items as a project example with your permission, and without identifying details such as addresses.
Text messages
If you give us your number, we may call or text you about your estimate and job. These are service messages, not marketing. Reply STOP to any text from us to stop receiving texts.
How long we keep it
We keep estimate and job records as long as needed for the job, invoicing, and ordinary business and tax record-keeping.
