Junk Removal in Las Colinas

Las Colinas isn't a separate city — it's a master-planned community inside Irving, formally launched in 1973 on former Carpenter family ranch land. It includes more than 40 residential villages alongside a major concentration of offices, the Urban Center around Lake Carolyn, and supporting commercial space — so very different kinds of cleanouts happen within a few miles of each other.

Quick answer

Junk removal across Las Colinas — office decommissioning and cubicle removal in the corporate core, apartment move-outs in the Urban Center, and estate cleanouts in the residential villages.

Why Las Colinas jobs differ

An office floor near SH 114 can require a reserved freight elevator and a set loading window, while a Lake Carolyn apartment may involve garage clearance limits and a longer carry from the loading area. A home in one of the gated golf-course villages may need gate access arranged ahead of time. Same community, different logistics — so the questions we ask depend on where in Las Colinas you are.

Corporate Las Colinas

Las Colinas has a major concentration of corporate offices and headquarters, especially along the SH 114 / John W. Carpenter Freeway corridor and O'Connor, MacArthur and Las Colinas Boulevards. When those companies consolidate, relocate or let a lease expire, the furniture has to go — often on a deadline that was set months ago.

We handle office furniture removal, cubicle teardown and full floor clear-outs, planned around building management rules. We don't name the companies we work for, and we don't claim relationships we don't have.

Urban Center and the canals

The area around Lake Carolyn, the Mandalay Canal and Water Street is dense and walkable, with mid- and high-rise residential, offices, hotels and retail. Junk removal here is about access: which garage entrance a truck can use, whether there's a loading zone, and how to reserve the elevator. See our dedicated Urban Center page for details.

Residential villages

Las Colinas has more than 40 residential villages. University Hills, where construction began in 1963, was the first; others include Cottonwood Valley, Hackberry Creek, Fox Glen and the Bridges of Las Colinas (roughly 400 single-family homes, according to Las Colinas Association data). Common project types in the villages include estate cleanouts, downsizing before a sale, garage and attic clear-outs and remodel debris. Some villages are gated; if yours has contractor-access or work-hour requirements, share them when scheduling.
