Weight and density
Pallet stacks, paper stock and dense debris can max out a truck's weight capacity before its volume. Expect quotes to reflect both.
Dock and forklift
A dock and a forklift operated by your trained staff can cut loading time significantly. Hand-loading from a staging area takes longer.
Scope clearly
Separate what's included (pallets, packaging, office furniture, non-hazardous debris) from what needs a specialist (machinery, racking, chemicals) before requesting a quote.
What helps a quote come in accurately
- Photos of each area to be cleared, with something for scale
- Approximate pallet counts and whether pallets are stacked or loaded
- Dock availability, door heights and whether a forklift is on site
- Any deadline tied to a lease end or new tenant move-in
Phasing large projects
Big warehouse cleanouts can run across several days or trucks, prioritizing the areas a new tenant or inspection needs first. The number of trips is spelled out in writing before work begins.
Questions we hear
Do you remove pallets on a recurring schedule?+
Recurring pallet pickups can be discussed for ongoing operations — ask when you request a quote.
Can you take racking or machinery?+
Machinery and installed racking often need a specialist. Describe them when you send photos and we'll say whether they can be included.
